Return & Refund Policy
At Scoring Pylons, every product is built with care and tested before shipment. Because our products are custom-built LED electronics, we maintain a clear and fair return policy.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
- Products showing signs of installation or modification
- Electrical components damaged by misuse or improper power
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and new order.
